Jotun Steelmaster 1200WF
Steelmaster 1200WF has the ultimate fire protection with a 3 hours Rating. It is recommended on lightweight or hollow steel sections which will heat up rapidly in an intense fire. It is often specified on roof truss , braces and other lighter steel sections where only 1 Hr fire rating is required.
White, single pack, high solids, waterbourne intumescent coating, the ultimate fire protection, independently approved for 3 hours fire protection of structural steel.
Quality Guaranteed by Exova Warrington Fire Research to protect I-sections, hollow sections, beams and columns with up to 3 hours fire protection.
Product Description
Can be used to protect steel requiring only 2 hrs fire protection, reducing product requirements compared to other intumescents.
CE marked product with European Technical Assessment ETA-18/0890. It meets the requirements of BS476 part 20/21, ASTM E84 and EN 13381-8. Reaction to Fire Class B-s1, d0 (EN 13501-1)
Low VOCs and is specially designed as passive fire protection for hollow sections, beams and columns subject to rapid increase in temperature.
Supported with a free estimation service available to calculate the loading requirements to achieve the required fire protection.
teelmaster 1200WF is the most efficient single pack, high solids, waterbourne thin film intumescent coating independently approved for 3 hours fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire.
Steelmaster 1200WF is Quality Guaranteed by Exova Warrington Fire Research to protect steel I-sections, hollow sections, beams and columns with up to 3 hours fire protection.
Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint can be used as a midcoat or finish coat in atmospheric environments and for carbon steel substrates should be applied on approved primers, such as Pilot QD or Penguard Express.
